PrintMagic.AI is an AI print studio. It lets you generate transparent-background artwork with AI, edit images and video, prepare print files, order printed products fulfilled by third-party print partners, publish products to connected sales channels, and run marketing for your store. Features may change over time; we may add, change or remove features with notice on the site where practical.

You sign in with a supported provider (Google, Apple or Microsoft). You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including connected stores and any orders placed through them. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or fail payment.

• Free plan: 50 credits per month at no cost.
• Starter: $19/month, 500 credits per month.
• Creator: $49/month, 1,500 credits per month.
• Agency: $199/month, 7,000 credits per month.

Plan credits are added monthly and unused credits carry over while your subscription stays active. Credit packs are one-off purchases. Generations, edits, vectorizing and other AI actions cost the number of credits shown before you confirm; store orders imported from connected channels are charged at 20 credits per USD of the order total. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider; you can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings and it stays active until the end of the paid period.

You keep the rights to prompts, images and other content you upload and, to the extent the law allows, to artwork you generate with the service. You grant us the limited right to store, process and display your content to operate the service — including printing it, publishing it to your connected stores when you ask us to, and showing it back to you in the app.

You must have the rights to anything you upload. You must not generate, upload or sell content that infringes others' intellectual property, is unlawful, deceptive, or sexualises minors, promotes hatred, or violates privacy. Designs you mark public may be shown in public galleries. Copyright notices you set are displayed with your work but do not replace registering your rights.

Print orders are produced and shipped by third-party print partners (Printful and Printify) under their own terms, production times and shipping policies. Print costs are shown before you confirm an order. Once an order is sent to print it usually cannot be changed or cancelled. Tracking information comes from the print partner and carrier and is passed to your store and your buyer when available.

When you connect a sales channel (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Wix, BigCommerce, Squarespace, eBay, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, Square Online, Ecwid or Big Cartel) you authorise us to read and write products, orders and fulfilment data there on your behalf. You are responsible for your store's compliance with each channel's rules, applicable taxes, consumer law and marketplace policies in the places you sell. We are not responsible for actions taken by the channels themselves.

Do not misuse the service: no illegal content, no attempts to bypass credit, security or rate controls, no scraping or reselling of the service itself, no interference with other users, and no use of the AI features to create deceptive or harmful material. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output can be imperfect or similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing generated artwork before selling it and for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your generated artwork.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost data, lost sales) or for failures of third-party providers (print partners, sales channels, payment processors, carriers). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: use our contact page or the in-app assistant.
